Farm to Plate

Thirty local chefs will be helping us celebrate our 40th anniversary year, providing small bites made from locally-sourced ingredients, at our 8th annual Farm to Plate event, Thursday, May 14 from 6:30-9:30 p.m. at Barr Mansion. Farm to Plate is the only fundraising event in the area focusing exclusively on locally grown and produced food, as well as educating guests about how healthy, humanely raised, sustainably grown, affordable food helps strengthen the food system for all Central Texans. All proceeds benefit our programs, which include four farmers markets, organic food gardening classes, support for area farmers, and cooking classes and nutrition education.
