This coming Saturday, with predicted high temperatures of 77 degrees, why not head outside to SFC Farmers’ Market Downtown and take a look at all it has to offer. Make sure you visit prepared foods vendor The Cake and Spoon and try one of their delicious pop tarts with local kale and goat cheese or leek quiche with gruyere cheese. The Cake and Spoon is also in the process of planning their Valentine’s Day menu and would love to hear your suggestions.

Don’t forget to visit our farmers at the market! This week stop by and see Tecolote Farm for their feathery fennel crop. If you are not familiar with how to use or cook fennel, they have some great recipes available on their website. Read more »
