Although we may be eating produce from all over the world to sustain us, there is something memorable about those few treats gathered from the trees right in your own backyard or neighborhood. It is an event you will know to wait for every year, as you watch the seasons turn. When planning a landscape or contemplating additions to an existing landscape, adding native edible plants is a possibility to ponder.
