Farm to Plate 2019

THIS WEEKEND AT THE MARKETS  -  SAT, APRIL 27, 2019

SFC Farmers’ Market Downtown and at Sunset Valley:

  • Vegging Out: Farmer Katie is back at market this weekend, bringing the full force of Tecolote Farm’s harvest to bear at our Downtown market! Swing by and stock up on endive, garlic, onions and more!
  • Milkin’ It: Did you know that A2 milk is easier on your digestion than common dairy milks? Stock up on A2 milk by the whole or half-gallon at Richardson Farms for all the wonder of milk without any of the stomach grumbles. Not looking for milk? Try the fresh made cheeses that Richardson has to offer made right on the farm with their own milk!
  • Bugging Out: With spring wet weather returning in force, so too return the mosquitoes! Stop by and talk with Miki Cook, the knowledgeable force behind Medicine Woman Herbs at our Sunset Valley market. She’s got mosquito sprays that are sure to smell and feel great for humans while warding off those pesky biting bugs!
