THIS WEEKEND AT THE MARKETS
Highlights, Vendors, Events and more. Downtown and Sunset Valley - Sat, June 6

We are so grateful for all the support from our community - thank you all for continuing to support local agriculture and small businesses! Shop safely this weekend by wearing a mask, leaving your dogs at home, coming in small groups or solo, and taking advantage of our free hand washing stations. Today, we also want to highlight some of our black and minority owned businesses at the markets. Check them out and support them this weekend!

Sunset Valley: Check out summers first zucchinis, tomatoes and cucumbers from Green Thumb Farming for a garden fresh meal. For a fun project at home, pick up a DIY microgreen kit from Gracy’s Microgreens - don’t worry, if you need those amaranth, broccoli, or radish micros sooner you can also go home with some straight from market.

Downtown: Have yourself a semi-homemade week once you pick up a pound of smoked pork and freshly made tortillas from Ninja Pig, and a dozen eggs from Margaret’s Farm to make your own breakfast tacos at home. Head to Big Brazos Sustainable Farm for fresh honey steeped with locally grown pecans to spread on bread or drizzle in your morning tea.
