THIS WEEKEND AT THE MARKETS
Highlights, Vendors, Events and more. Downtown and Sunset Valley - Sat. April 17

Welcome and please enjoy either of our two markets this Saturday, 9AM to 1PM: Sunset Valley, located just across from the Toney Burger Center, at Sunset Valley Elementary, and Downtown Austin at Republic Square.

Downtown: For some of your freshest veggies this week, stop by Billie & Jean's Farm at the market. A woman-owned backyard farm located in Kyle, TX growing fresh greens and veggies. This week, enhance your meals with some of the freshest Arugula, cherry belle radishes, salad mix, and leaf lettuce. For your ready-to-eat or take-home preparations, visit Flavours Indian Food for a wonderful array of scents and flavors. They share authentic Indian flavors to the market and serve pre-cooked Indian food, meals, bread, chutneys, rice biryani, and more!

Sunset Valley: Visit Gracy's Microgreens and stock up on their nutritional and flavor-filled microgreens. Black oil sunflower, cilantro, and fennel microgreens are just a few she has at the market and are great for adding to salads, sandwiches, or your favorite dishes. Austin Honey Company has a variety of quality honey and other honey products. Their happy bees comfortably reside on local farms within a 30-mile radius of downtown Austin providing valuable pollination of local organic produce, thus benefiting the whole of our food community. And what began as a hobby, our market visitors now get to enjoy. Steel Heart Bitters offer three flavors of custom bitters, "Lemonade Stand", "La Borracha", and "Malcontent" to add to your favorite drinks.

To keep our vendors, staff and customers safe, we request everyone wear a face covering or mask while in the market area. Click here to learn more about our safety measures. SFC Farmers' Market match SNAP, WIC and FMNP benefits with Double Up Food Bucks! Visit our website for more information on which vendors will be at market, what products are in season, and more.
