THIS WEEKEND AT THE MARKETS
Highlights, Vendors, Events and more. Downtown and Sunset Valley - Sat. July 24

It’s reaching mid-summer and your markets are going strong! Begin your weekend downtown at Republic Square with 60 plus vendors including fresh and quality veggies, fruits, meats and ready-to-eat delicious eats. And arts and crafts. Down south, visit Sunset Valley with over 30 vendors offering fresh local produce, pasture-raised meats, and delicious homemade foods. Both markets run Saturday, 9 AM to 1 PM.

Downtown: The Richardson Farms family has been farming for several generations practicing conservation and with deep care for the wellbeing of their animals. Stop by and choose from their selection of high-quality meats, poultry, and pork for your special weekend meals. Speaking of delicious meals, SimpliThai offers mouthwatering cooking kits including Pad Thai, curries, and an assortment of sauces - all ready to be made at home. And if you haven’t visited Stones Throw Studio, meet Kyle Gross, Metalsmith and jewelry designer. His unique and handmade jewelry incudes pendants, rings, earrings and can also make custom made orders that are ready for any special gift or for yourself.

Sunset Valley: Visit with John, Quinton, or Jody from Growtopia Farms and learn how they came together during the pandemic and became full time farmers. Providing organically grown vegetables, pick up your assortment of veggies including carrots, beets, basil, tomatoes, and others to name just a few and all for your freshest weekend meals! Texas Coffee Traders are one of the area coffee staples since 1994 and bring their assortment of aromatic and wonderful coffees straight from their roaster located here in Austin which houses over 100 coffees from around the world. Finally, if you’ve not yet seen Felisa’s custom and beautiful collection of bags, stop by Art Bags by Felisa and see the custom artistic bags, purses and totes she brings to the market each week.

SFC Farmers' Market match SNAP, WIC and FMNP benefits with Double Up Food Bucks! Visit our website for more information on which vendors will be at market, what products are in season, and more.
