HiFi Mushrooms
Highlights, Vendors, Events and more. Downtown and Sunset Valley - Sat. July 31
Get out while the temps are cool in the morning and stop by the markets! Begin your weekend downtown at Republic Square with 60 plus vendors including fresh and quality veggies, fruits, meats and ready-to-eat delicious eats. And arts and crafts. Down south, visit Sunset Valley with over 30 vendors offering fresh local produce, pasture-raised meats, and delicious homemade foods. Both markets run Saturday, 9 AM to 1 PM.

Downtown: Begin your market visit with some fresh and delicious citrus juice. Stop by CITRUS (Citrusnade), a family-owned small business, for their selections of drinks including Lemon-Orange, Lime, Lime-Orange, and the old school Lemonade favorite! Next, visit Casper Fermentables, their kombucha begins with farm-direct wild-harvested tea. But don’t leave without getting some of their sourdough bread, focaccia, bagels, or a sandwich. Simply delicious!! Finally, peaches are in season and they are picking them fresh at Lightsey Farms. They are mouth watering and ready to eat. Plus, they have an assortment of other veggies to share.

Sunset Valley: Locally and family-owned Goldenwood Mushrooms joins us once again this week. They have a rich variety of gourmet mushrooms that are perfect for your signature meals. Plus, they include a variety of fresh salsas, queso, and dips! Yapa Empanadas is one of the market signatures. Al Paston, La Cubana, Margherita… topped with either their chimichurri or other sauces, are just a few of the empanadas that you’ll devour.
